What country does this ? Most countries give incentives and even pay you to install solar panels! but in kenya its treated as a luxury to own solar panels. They want you to depend on kplc where they can hike anytime they want. This country has gone to the dogs

When I pass through icipe road I will bring evidence
if one can afford it , its the best way to go .
The government should subsidise solar technology . It's now in our curriculum at tertiary institutions.
