it's because of changed approach... War is costing them more, now they let other people fight their wars, insert Yemen here... The world isn't peaceful as may be thought.. The height of open racism is higher and more open.... Not only wars disrupt peace...

Wrong again, peace deals have been facilitated between israel and arab countries, the world may not be peaceful but america has not started a war and this is a first for the last like 30years or so. Racism? What metrics are you using to say it is higher and more open?
