I read somewhere that most male prisoners are in Jail due to Sexual offenses. Its not a laughing matter.

I can agree after being transfered from nairobi to a far county for some alleged hit and run recently. Kasarani 75%. Guys from 18-27 mostly with 12-17 females. The kicker is that charges are defilement but the guys are neither virgins or even vengeful. The law was flawed.
