Agreed to some extent, because the law is still unclear as to whom is a terror suspect. Anyone can get caught up and end up being charged falsely.Terror convicts not suspects, their guilt had been affirmed by the courts, which made that scenario much more palatable than the very real chance that they actually escaped from a maximum security prison.
We really should consider imposing the death penalty for all terrorism offences and execute convicts. There is no rehalibatating such brainwashed minds, why keep them in our prisons at taxpayers bill and run the risk of escaping or radicalising other inmates or wardens? Exterminate.
