We really should consider imposing the death penalty for all terrorism offences and execute convicts. There is no rehalibatating such brainwashed minds, why keep them in our prisons at taxpayers bill and run the risk of escaping or radicalising other inmates or wardens? Exterminate.

Agreed to some extent, because the law is still unclear as to whom is a terror suspect. Anyone can get caught up and end up being charged falsely.

Sonko bailed out a known terrorist suspect in Mombasa, his business associates and close cronies were being investigated in suspicion of funding terrorism. His rescue team once wore military camouflage pattern uniform same pattern favoured the alshabaab Mujahedeen. He had his day in court and released on bond as the investigations go on.
How that's false accusations, it's up to the courts decide, not us akina yakhe with our own misconceptions.
