I take the view that it is the telcoms responsibility to weed out the unregistered numbers. I have had mine for 20 years. Does safaringcon want to tell me they do not have my details.

And they will still give another 90 days for those whose line will have been switched off to go register them. Nangoja....


And now on to the conspiracy:
That the insistence that we register afresh and append our signature is that the details will be used to manipulate the vote during the August 9 elections.
