Night party ends in tears after senior KDF soldier kills lover and surrenders to the Police

Detectives in Baringo are currently holding a Senior KDF Soldier, Sergeant Kipkoech Chirchir of Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) at Kabarnet in relation to the brutal murder of his lover.

According to a police report filed at the Kabarnet police station, Koech and his lover Dorcas Maasai had gone on a drinking spree before she was found brutally murdered inside the suspects house.

It has emerged that the KDF Soldier spent the night inside the same room with the deceased before filing a report at the police station in the morning.

DCI cops who toured the murder scene managed to recover the murder weapon, they also requested more time to detain the suspect as investigation into the heinous murder continues.

SHE SCREAMED FOR HELP AND WHEN THE NEIGHBORS RESPONDED THE OFFICER ESCAPED. SCENE VISITED AND ONE CATRIDGE RECOVERED IN THE HOUSE. THE OFFICER WAS DEPLOYED AS PRISONERS ESCORT AND TO THAT EFFECT HE WAS ISSUED WITH AK 47 WITH 30ROUNDS .
THE OFFICER RETURNED AT 1730HRS AFTER ESCORTING PRISONERS TO KINGONGO GK PRISON.THE OFFICER ARRESTED, KEPT AS EXHIBIT AS HE COULD NOT ACCOUNT FOR ONE ROUND OF AMMUNITION WHICH WAS MISSING IN THE MAGAZINE. SCENE PROCESSED BY SOC AND CASE PBC.

Driver Stabs Employer, Disappears With Cash

Detectives based in Ruiru have launched a manhunt for one Benjamin Munene Ndiang’ui, who stabbed his employer last evening before taking off with an unspecified amount of money.

Ndiang’ui who had been employed by one Jane Muraguri, of Kenya Tea Development Agency (KTDA) Nairobi, as her driver, drove her to a secluded spot at ClayWorks
along the Thika superhighway, where he stabbed her multiple times on her face.

The servant turned assailant then transferred an unspecified amount of money from his employer’s Mpesa account before fleeing on foot, leaving behind a blood stained kitchen knife.

Muraguri was rescued by a guard from BM security company who rushed her to Kenyatta University hospital, where she was admitted in serious condition. She sustained serious injuries on her right eye, nostrils and mouth.

A manhunt for the driver is currently ongoing with sleuths from DCI Ruiru leading the operation.
