KK govt runs like an engine whose timing is off.
Too many pinging noises.
Coming hot on the heels of the 1am circular debacle, it does no one any good when your immediate subordinates know that you have no powers to decide shait, and any policy you come up with can be flipped on its head on a whim. I'm in no way disputing the rationale of the indefinite postponement of schools opening date, but can't they just get along?
