NINE ODM MPs from Nyanza pledge support for President Ruto in a meeting at State House; say they want service delivery and not politics.

Kenya Kwisha robots are never late on picking and dwelling on nonsense instead of demanding that the Government delivers.

Wearing military uniform is NOT a crime anywhere in the world, the last time I checked. This is especially more so in this case above where the fatigues those people are adorning are not of any recognised or existing Forces.

Wearing of military fatigues is only Criminal if it is worn with the intention of fraud or impersonation.
If for example one wears the military uniform to gain admission into military facility or other strategic military or civilian facility, that would comprise the crime of impersonation.
Likewise, if one wore military uniform with the aim of collecting bribes, gaining a financial advantage or intimidating fellow civilian, that would be fraud.

Hii ingine yote ni mnyambo ya puda. People are free and at liberty to wear what pleases them. The State cannot force you to wear or not to wear something. Why would they?

Kenya Kwisha dwelling on non issues is getting very humorous and hilarious.

Criminal cases have, as a matter of essence have to have an intention (mens rea) to commit wrong.
How can you ascribe criminal intention by garments? What if the wearer is destitute and that is all the clothes he has been given?
Will he be guilty because of poverty?
