Is it just me ama ii watu wameanza kukuwa na shitty network. All talk of them running Zuku out of the market inakaa zilikuwa story za base ya jaba.

Ile kunyongwa iko kwa ii watu wamkuwa Zuku. Meffi wao. Ii ya KPLC imeaza kazi ama ii hauzwi?

Kisiagi imepoa?

Funny thing my account inarun for free. Thought khupipi alilipa until 0722000000 called me and wanted to know why I stopped paying. Then it hit me mid-conversation that it had not been paid nikamshow school fees imeniweza. That was in October. Three months and so many calls later, nimepewa offer ya less 1499/- that expired within a week. Heneway, I opted for the free one.

Mine too. Been on the Saf Home Fibre for 5 years and in that period, using 10MB/s, I have had interruption for less than 10 times. And in all of them, they either alert us in advance or if not, say for destroyed cables, you call and their promise for service restoration is ASAP and if it exceeds 12hrs, they provide complimentary 5GB direct to my Saf line.

Maybe ni sababu ya mtaa naishi coz I also have colleagues from elsewhere who swear that they can never leave Zuku and others esp. those who use streaming services claim that Faiba is best. Uzuri siku hizi choices ni mob

watakushika at some point wakifanya audit, also happened to me, uzuri they never raised maneno ya back payments
