Ruto is Good

Meanwhile watu wa pombe....tutazidi kugaramika, starehe gharama.
Hapo kwa cosmetics....he can get a lot of revenue from women.

Our president is a pragmatic guy and that means the agenda set for his cabinet must be fulfilled. Let us hope they do not lose focus and continue to work for the people.
Very good, crossing fingers they keep their appetites in check and even if they achieve ka C+ of the set targets we will have made progress
Trepidation on the materials resource department. Mandate creep inaweza fanyika waanze stocking all manners of things e.g books & chalk, boots and bullets, stationery, maziwa na mkate for all government offices. It sounds good on principal since you get lower prices if you buy in bulk, but managing very large inventory has a lot of downside. Case in point KEMSA
Let's hope for good outcomes. But C+ is too low. Let's say at least an A-. But how can we not know if we don't engage with the subject matter every day for the coming 6 months? If we have this pinned we can avoid false hopes

I am not saying he will achieve or fail but like I used to tell those hopeless Uhuru sychophants...when you have a drunkard, irresponsible - mama's boy for a leader a country cannot move forward...one step forward, three steps backwards and never ending tantrums...wakashinda wakisema constitution this constitution that...kwani Ruto anatumia Magna Carta?
Sobriety and a sense of purpose is critical in every human being....

B is okay....given the hole that Konyagi had left the country in

All I will say for now is that the jury is out on JSKS, as far as I am concerned.

As I have said it before here, Kenyans are a very gullible lot at the best of times. We are very easily pleased by promises and rarely wait for delivery before we cheers and clink glasses!

Mind you Dear Senators, I am yet to come across a course or school syllabus that was not catchy, detailed and with milestones on achievables.
But like you and I know, despite our best intentions, we have often zoomed through a taught syllabus without understanding a thing.

Even Moi, Uhuru and Idi Amin had lofty goals for their countries and which never saw the light of the day. The proof is in the pudding, is all I am saying.
