I’ve heard him ask, “have you planned Chaka?” That question doesn’t allude to planing anything wrong or unlawful. Basically it could be anything.
Maybe you could give more pointers or a longer video of him making actual plans for the demos we’ve seen in the first video.

The folly of Kenyans is lack of objectivity. When you don't like someone best to differ with them on principle as opposed to base reasons.
