During uhuruto campaign Laptop was one of main agenda....was it budgeted for ? How much was allocated During that time finance bill ? Did the targeted kenya child benefit ?
Very noble project it was .
Covid 19 came learning had to be online . How many children benefitted from the uhuruto Laptop project ?
Anyway it zeros in on poor planning ! Not lack of capital
