When they say built, what the fuck do they mean? Roads can be of earth, murram and/or gravel, chip seal, dense bitumen macadam, concrete. How about the drainage, the junctions, road furniture, design speed that dictates alignment
The list on differences goes on and on meaning you cannot just throw in no. of km and complete the study
