Captain Francis Mbatia was very rude to a point of telling FO "dont be stupid, shut up"
Kiuru was a shy and a quiet person. But not slow as portrayed by captain Mbatia.

Most men in Kenya have dealt with Francis Mbatias of this world. People who act like as if they are God because they know the job and you are new to the company. A well managed company identifies people like Francis Mbatia and removes them because they are not good for the company.
I am sure today Kenya airways still has employees like Francis Mbatia poisoning new employees.
I say most Kenyan men because people like Francis Mbatia treat women nicely hoping to get sexual favours.

They also mentioned that Francis Mbatia was not well qualified to be the captain...his record was full of issues....it is KQ's fault and almost sure he got in through a godfather high up in the ranks
