reggae is over

The is answer to your question, is there presidential goodwill to release the names? Why? Because it is rumored that the Moi family features in that list. If not, there are some very influential people on the list and that is why they have never been named. Honestly, how difficult is it that it has taken this long to produce the list.
I am hearing that for the first time from you but I really do not want to be deflected from the energy issue we were discussing with Mr @Ubongo and which as you may know I am very passionate about.

Okay. Let's leave the politics. Here is a good article to understand the technicals issues better.

Rao made a huge blunder when he sacrificed Ndii for Kenyatta, it should have been him offering Kenyans salvation from the economic abyss we are currently in.

It should have been him preaching bottom-up policies after spending more than 2 decades promising the common man he has their back. It is going to be very hard to beat down the bottom-up hype, not when the pre-eminent economist in the country is pushing it.

Naona chief UDA propagandist ameangusha another gem. Kuna barabara fulani UDA populists were trying to build through donations and free labor but to counter that Jubilee arrived with graders, water trucks etc ready to build the road. Leo it appears, at least from the video's perspective, they have removed the machines as punishment. Sema Jubilee knee-capping itself.

Thanks, wasn't aware of this.
So Mwalimu, honestly from 2016, the task force has never given their review....we are still paying these private entities using dollar.....as @Denis Young is alluding... it's lack of interest to look for the ways to explore ways of bringing power down..... that year I was so optimistic that finally he would bring power down.... but not when owned by Moi, Aga khan, Wanjigi, Kibaki and others. Capitalistic parasites

How do you think Okemo and Gichuru made acquired their wealth?
When someone asks how we can reduce the cost of energy, I really wonder whether they just dropped from the skies and found themselves in Kenya.
Part of the high cost is due to the corruption at kplc which has to be catered for....the inefficient operations of the entity.....poor/lack of effective water harvesting and grabbing of water catchment areas....creation of an entity to generate electricity which then sells to another state agency.....IPPs is another factor
