Just one major oversight from the developer, that place needs trees, plenty of trees.

Do you know the are the one being allocated those affordable housing, park road ngara huwezi pata mtu maskini.
Kwa ile kijiji ingine i told ppl that will be a middle class estate wakaona ni kama mchezo..... those houses will soon be out of reach for many ppl. Wakikuja kiambu i am getting one.

I happened to be in touch my long time friend in Johannesburg and she told me this house in Johannesburg costs only ksh 5,000,000.

A similar house like this in Nairobi would cost at least 15,000,000. I'm planning to have my second home there Inshallah . Be your judge

Conclusion ;
Hapa kenya we are being taken for a ride . It's either corruption money or money laundering that drives these costs extraordinarily high

Neither...we chose to follow a path that Singapore foresaw when they were developing their infrastructure; that is to pass a law preventing people from gaining from public funds. How? curbing speculation on land and property and hoarding it waiting for the government to declare a road is to be build near a place or on some land. That tamed the land prices and corruption at one go....but who are we...kenyans na ujuaji....
