An anonymous jury of seven men and five women in R. Kelly's New York trial has begun deliberate whether or not they will deem R. Kelly guilty of the racketeering and sex trafficking charges that includes a DVD that alleges to show Kelly having sex with an underage girl in the 1990s.
Kelly has been charged with multiple sex crimes involving four women, three of whom were underage at the time of the alleged encounters
Kelly's alleged abusive sexual relationship with Aaliyah will also be taken into account
Earlier this week, the defense and the prosecution offered their closing arguments
R. Kelly notably refused to take the stand in his defense earlier this week.
