When I engage someone to do a job, I expect them to know how to do their stuff really well. I expect them to do the best job possible. I expect dedication, passion and purpose. In turn, I pay more than a standard wage. The idiot who mis-painted my car is a con who abused my dislike for micromanaging people that I engage. A prefessional should work with a brief that clearly defines the scope of the job and a budget (both pre agreed).

If you cannot do your work without supervision, you are not professional. I don't want to work with cry babies who steal from his own clients and blame hard economic times when they don't get a return customer or a referral. Watu waache mchezo kwa kazi.

If that my rusungu.dll is broken, pole mkubwa. I will try to be clearer next time.
