True this was sabotage how comes other dams are almost on completion yet they are all regulated by the same body

*Rotich and not Koech. Nobody is questioning that. Rotich and Thugge were firmly on the establishment's side. The evidence was just too much for the two to escape prosecution. Too bad Kimwarer and Arror dams were cancelled despite the culprits being exposed. Same way other rift farmers have suffered because two individuals disagreed. A bag of DAP is 6500 now. By the time it gets to April, planting season, it'll be 8k. Unbelievable!

I thought the eldoret fertiliser factory is making more affordable fertiliser. The dynamic duo walitwambia in their first term that the factory would reduce bei ya fertiliser by 50%.
