The reason they are SOOOO FUCKED is because they divided up the government along religious lines.
So, the ineptitude and corruption were now doubled down with religious idiocy.
When the shit hit the fan, all the people of God flew out on their private jets and left the stupid masses to clear the bill.
And the saddest part of it all is when (IF) things normalize, they will still go back to sectarianism.
This is why I'm a strong proponent for what Kagame did in Rwanda.
