Police officer accused of defiling daughter released with no charge

Migori County Assembly legislator Susan Mohabe is leading a campaign against a police officer who allegedly defiled his 12-year-old daughter and was never charged.
What are the ingredients of charges of defilement?

Definitely not a 6 days detainment for the alleged victim.
Kindly share the OB report where the minor was booked in coz no sana commanding officer of a police station can detain even an adult for more than 24 hours without a miscellaneous charge?

If the report from citizen and Susan Mohabe is wrong the police should go after them for character assassination. Sisi tu ni habari tumesoma hapa.

The law is about facts not news and i would like to see evidence sio muharo sir and why is dpp refusing to prosecute the same ama Hajji amekua compromised. I read something fishy ati she has gone to collect school fees in Nov.

If a minor is raped, and when she reports, the cops hold here incommunicado for six days and also physically defeat their colleague's arraignment, we know that the goal is to ensure no medical tests take place, with the result that the DPP accepts that there's no evidence.

Been offline since i posted, my take no sane ocs would accept such to happen under his/watch, hio inakula kuanzia ocs, the duty officer and all shifts who were on report office and sentry duties during the alleged particular period, nimetafuta kwa citizen @9 sioni such news to back the same. Have you seen such news to back what had been posted by @Cortedivoire, yote kumi let's interrogate posts.

If you have been offline and found an article from Citizen linked here, why should your first instinct be to cast doubt on its veracity?

I get the impression that you are first and foremost hoping that it's not true. In the second instance, just like the other cops, you are happy that the case will get lost as a result of the minor's unlawful detention and subsequent loss of evidence. How will we ever reform the police?

It’s already bad enough that a dad can defile his own underage daughter and then get her detained...the worst part is his colleagues actually let him get away with it.

You can see Pamba here, and his first reflex was to try and declare the story false. What about the D's in the station?
