If a minor is raped, and when she reports, the cops hold here incommunicado for six days and also physically defeat their colleague's arraignment, we know that the goal is to ensure no medical tests take place, with the result that the DPP accepts that there's no evidence.

It’s already bad enough that a dad can defile his own underage daughter and then get her detained...the worst part is his colleagues actually let him get away with it.
