According to the mother, the boy left home and said that he was going to visit his grandmother at Makuyu village but did not go there.
She alerted the area police and her friends too to help her find the son to no avail.
After 2 weeks, she said that an unknown person called her and told her that her son had been seen at Mukangu with a woman in a guest room.
She notified her husband and he called the police and that's when they busted the lady identified as Monika Waithiegeni with the boy last nigh at a guest house in Mukangu.
Waithiegeni was arrested together with the 18 year old boy awaiting trial tomorrow Tuesday 18,2020.
