The underlying issue is the integrity of Mwilu while I see in twitter Havi has gone to war, even going to the extent of threatening disbarment of lawyers and disciplinary action against Judge Otieno.

The underlying issue is the integrity of Mwilu while I see in twitter Havi has gone to war, even going to the extent of threatening disbarment of lawyers and disciplinary action against Judge Otieno.

Mwilu's integrity issues can only be dealt with by a Tribunal appointed by the President, i also believe Mwili is corrupt given her dealings with Imperial Bank which was a cash cow for some but Justice Otieno has no powers to bar her from acting as CJ.

Instead of judicial acrobatics Parliament should craft a law that clearly sets out a transparent and public procedure guiding the CJ and JSC in the removal of judges, it is preposterous that the allegations brought against the DCJ by no less than the DPP haven't been addressed or proven to be false, hapo iko shida.
