All D/Ds Will never be arrested and placed in cells. Let them go their ways un disturbed. However you can escort them home. No arrest of assault cases, stealing and other minor cases on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays except the followings, Robberies, Defilement, Rape, Murders and other capital offences. Any one doing contrary will meet cost of their meals Officers to take this directives serious.

Offdays for courts should be staggered to have them remain open throughout the week. Police stations and hospitals do not close on weekends, why courts despite the crucial service and huge backlog? The directive is well-intended - to prevent the police from exhorting bribes on Fridays. The only downside is that they might be dissuaded from acting in situations that deserve immediate action.

Is this guy not shaping laws according to his private family situation, like John Mututho? I understand that alcoblow was prohibited after his son was nabbed.

If you free an assault suspect, you have given him or her another chance to complete the crime. On Monday it will be homicide. Incarceration often helps to cool tempers.
