This is progress. Atleast they have moved on from the denial phase where they would not accept that muthamaki had lost the base. I think they are now on the anger/ negotiation phase. Anger at the base for daring to Leave muthamaki. Negotiating that it is just a phase and that the base will go back to muthamaki. I think soon they will be in accepting phase. They will accept that the base has left and ain’t looking back.
