Na sio mashambani pekee, mjini pia msako youtmen walikua wabebwa for simply chilling pale base, still remember as a kid wondering why it was a crime to just sit with friends having conversations.

Still happens to date, and we haven't even talked about the shameless profiling by cops, anyone with dreadlocks or an afro especially a ragged one is a candidate for arbitrary arrest.

That police force needs to be broken down into county policing services with other units forming a national guard. Watu kama AP na GSU warushwe huko borders, DCI wakuwe coordinating between the various county and national security services na watu fresh wawe recruited.
