Outering Road a killer road?

Outer Ring Road became a killer route, United Nations high-level meeting on road safety described it as one of the most unsafe in the world. Speaking during the meeting, Urban Mobility expert Claudia Adriazola-Steil gave an example of the 13 kilometre road saying it is unsafe.
