One Nation under God

it was argued somewhere that when vacant positions are available outside Nairobi, only the locals of those regions apply.
so unless its forced nominations/appointments, most working stations outside Nairobi will be filled with the local tribes.
and if they are competent to the positions given, is it a bad thing?

"
But I remember a case where a qualified "outsider" was rejected at the instigation of the local political leadership.
its sad that had to happen, but chance are that he would have faced hostility from the locals. we should accpet people regardless of their tribes or race or nationality. (until that happens, most voluntary vacant posts will be filled by the locals)

Tribe isn't a bad thing, what we choose to do with it is what is bad.
we should embrace our different tribes. but the World is changing so i guess i have to accept the real world

Are those listed the only positions in the entire university?
For a fair analysis, the full list of employees should be availed.
Actually if you look at the list of deans alone, they've omitted 'others' to fit a narrative.

Anyhu, ukweli wa mambo is that 60 something % of staff come from 'the area'. There are more than 15 universities with higher percentages in that regard.

Top management positions.
Where is DVC Student Affairs?
Or that is a junior position or it is left out conveniently coz it spoils the narrative?
And the principals at CHS and OAC?
My alma mata must not have its name tarnished.
