One Minute unaenda kutaftia watoto the next uko quarantine

As always, mimi hushangaa sana.

Everybody - EVERYBODY - knows that congregating in groups is forbidden. Yet I see people here defending the breaking of health regulations. NINI HUWASUMBUA WAFRIKA? In other countries, even developed ones, people are being fined very very heavily for as much as breaking quarantine lakini here you want people who are doing stupid things to go scotfree?

And by he way I hate this silly excuse eti mtu anajiweka kwa hatari juu ya poverty. Eti you are looting petrol fro an over-tturned tanker juu ya poverty. Or travelling in a windowless lorry juu ya poverty. Na watu wa Kibra who walk 20km to and from work watasema aje?

Nimewaambia na nitawaambia; part of the reason why our continent lags far behind all others is our stupid approach to life. I just don't understand why we cant follow simple rules. If you drive a vehicle with bad brakes yo are bound to crash. If you scoop spilled petrol you are likely to burn. If you travel in groups you are likely to catch corona.

What's so ferking hard to understand this?

1.How does dusk to dawn curfew curtail the spread of an airborne disease?
2.What's the rationale for closing down traffic in and out of Nbo, Mombasa and Kilifi as areas of high level infections but allow movements within?
