You probably didn't catch that KPLC never received the money for the subsidy but in fact they had to take a loan. Now, guess which bank recently became the main creditor to KPLC?

Innuendo ndio mnapenda. kwani wamefungiliwa kwa hiyo bank na nyororo. Last I checked there were 38 banks licensed to operate in Kenya it's not that they lack choice.
 
Nakumbuka Ouru akituahidi during Jamhuri Day celebrations pale Uhuru Gardens vile stima itashuka. Never did and now with Ruto, we wait to see what the lack of subsidies will mean long term.

Yes, innuendo.🙄 We are also going to assume Ruto lied when he said KPLC never received money for the subsidy.
