Most probably the owner ako kwa board ya NCA . Liwe liwalo lazima pesa akule , kwani mta do .Look at the footbridge construction pale Delarue and Garden City .Scaffolding ya fito tells it all , the least we should expect is a wonky structure kama ile ya Witeithie.

Some of the Walalo ni watu corrupt sana .They are now taking over the construction industry but through corrupt means . How do explain Debroso ,the guys who got the Thika Road Maintenance job. Enda barabara za Upperhil the same Shenzi ,corner cutting useless piece of junks as contractors.
