Alot of comments lakini, what has she been upto kwa grass roots?
Has she been engaged in some projects or so...
Kenya is strange to me, someone with a little money comes from nowhere and wants to represent people whom he has no idea what they're going through.
Not saying this is her case as I do not know much about her politically.
What I know is she's counting on the youth votes, hope wamama wako on her side.

Allow me to call you out. Private citizens are not supposed to develop their localityies with their private money. This is the neanderthal thinking that promotes corruption and bars many, many talented people from seeking leadership, because they are expected to have spent colossal amounts on some project for the public. Being an MP ideally is about legislation, oversight and representation. All Njoki needs is to know the issues that face her people and to have the passion to address them in Parliament...............cow!

There are alot of ways to mobilize projects without your personal funds. Thought you understood that.
