Boss, deni is not just what you see on paper. There's an article I read last week which said kuna deni mingi advanced to african countries that is not on official records.

Omwami umeona jinsi ambassador macharia alikimbia na CS wa transport kutetea China as our people are being tunyad? I compared this with Nigerian ambassador to China and it's like day and night . We have government appointees who cannot show courage in defence of our people. We have been reduced to pinatas to be kicked by all and sundry. While our officials are apologizing for the excesses of foreign governments on OUR OWN people. Disgusting!!!

More to African bullshit. It's time our government sat down and revised foreign policies. What are loans to construct buildings for anyway? Years to come, our kids gonna vacate Africa and leave it to Chinese.

The reason its not on official records is because the lenders books say $100M and on GOK side it says $50M received. Kafinje kanapitwa nako. The Chinese do stuff like direct transfers to African corrupt leaders forign secret accounts.
