Night runners association ask for exemption from curfews

Now I bumped on this from the Oguda guy. I didnt know these night runners (if true ) have a strong association.

Growing up nilikimbizwa na kadhaa wa kadhaa baada ya kutoka kwa mapungulu(busaa dens). I still have a marks to that effect

But for them to be proud and have an association takes it to another level .
