new billionaires will emerge

wrongturn

can bet all my nuts kengen, ports, and kpc will be "bought" cheaply by western countries fund managers.
The rest will be taken over by Indians.
In all these transactions new local billionaires will emerge.

Of importance to note loss making parastatals are not lucrative unless they're sold cheaply like pan paper.

Hope a msiafu will get a piece of the pie.

@wrongturn. Look at these pictures, dear friend. Look at them, because they are just pictures. They don't really matter. But....

What is an msiafu?

Btw, why sell the ones that seem to make profit/sustain themselves? Si wauze the ones that have been draining taxpayer's money?
Is it possible those in decision making are already eyeing These parastatals because they are already in profits? We wait as time will tell.
Already I know kuna familia flani which is salivating for new KCC

Which one do you have a problem with the gavament selling?

kpc, ports and kengen. Those are of strategic importance, the rest can be sold.
kengen and kpc are well managed.
Kengen was already sold and is now publicly traded in the NSE.....selling KPC would actually be a good move while it is still profitable and reap maximum returns.....the main source of revenue for the government is not its shareholding but the taxes remitted by KPC. The same goes to the ports too which I assume they are not selling the port itself but some of its key assets?
