National ID Crisis

I am no Ruto apologist but as you know I just can't help pointing out how pathetically stupid the vast majority of Kenyans are.

You don't want to pay for IDs. And because there's no cost to applying, millions of you apply and don't bother to collect the document. Many even apply multiple times. Result? A lot of resources are squandered, and chiefs and DOs are left holding millions and millions of uncollected IDs. Yaani mpaka zinasukumiwa sibchiefs kujaribu kutafuta the owners.

You then turn around bloated with indignant anger, kama nyani bila akili, accusing serikali of being inept...

I'm not surprised. Compare the two teams who are in charge of Passports and IDs. The previous team is champions league material while the current one is relegation zone material
