This is the huduma card but the one with the Visa logo is part and pacel of huduma services.

I am not saying the huduma number/card is the one with the mastercard logo. Hii huduma card na Students Id ya campus or the new driving license hakuna tofauti.
I am saying the one with the master card logo will be launched as a general payment option for any type of government service.

What I know Mastercard was trying to market itself to the government as a payments solution provider the way JamboPay marketed itself to County Governments but I doubt the pitch took off. The sample cards they had produced during the pitch are the ones you see on the internet.
