Ameamua kuuza through social media/Jiji/Jumia/PigiaMe n.k.

Starting capital wacha tumpe 200k za kununua mashini atahustle huko kwingine. Mashini of course ni refurbished, sijawahi ona mtu amenunua laptop mpya.

Target clients wako, sitaki kuanika kijana apate kuna mtu ashabobea kwenye kiwanja kabla hajaingia.

Main source of used laptops being sold in nairobi are from Dubai, including so labelled ex uk.
There are many sellers in Dubai, but what you need to look out for is quality, as some sell excellent quality, of course at slightly higher prices while others sell substandard quality at low prices.
Importing is via the eastleigh waria channel where you pay 7.5 USD per kilo. A laptop weighs 1.5 to 2.5 kgs. They are presently doing two airfreights per week.
I can give an example.
Hp folio 9480 4th gen i5, 500/4gb grade a used laptop is about 620 aed. I.e about kshs 18,600/- ship it at about kshs 1500/-.
Nairobi priced to go for 23 to 26k.
