@mzeiya if Nairobi-molo dualling is done under ruto's presidency regardless of when the project was conceived, we shall all give praise to ruto, after all he's the one who gave it priority and leadership. Hiyo trans Africa highway was conceived during kibaki era but realized during uhurus' presidency .Angetaka angekanyangia tu kama lappset.
