Some education for you. You need a lot of money to get into Kenyan politics, and a lot more to remain in Kenyan politics. Much more than what you would ever earn as a politician or from own business. This money has to come from somewhere. Politicians will engage in all manner of activities to get this money, be it theft, torture, extortion, begging, donations etc. The politicians you imagine to be clean stink to high heaven. Only that their schemes are never uncovered or are too layered to be detected. Uhuru may not have won a single tender but his relatives and friends have been bagging tenders left, right, and center through his interventions, and later contribute to funding his political operations.Your proposition is misleading. Someone had 200million confiscated by the state because of money laundering. It has been claimed that he runs criminal enterprises to obtain money by false pretences from county governments and launder it. He lost that case. Yule muovu JSKS has his own litany of lost court cases regarding robbing off land from a poor IDP, stealing land from the public, and flying a poor man's jet. There you have a complete set of megalomanic kleptomaniacs. Thieves from the core.
The humans recognize that crimes must be punished and the punishment must fit the crime. Our society noticed that those two had wronged it so much that they deserved to be punished. They went ahead and held elections.
My brothers and sisters, those who we shall not call morons decided that those two had committed crimes to the high heavens. They decided that the right punishment is to elect them into the highest office. After all, it's said that Jesus was crucified along with a thief and a murderer.
Morals of the story ?
I am surprised at how you people, barely a day after losing an election where you supported big thieves, have suddenly become all righteous and would never be caught dead supporting a thief. If you think your thief is better than mine, then you have a problem, a mental problem.
