Now it's official...u are found drinking from either closed bar or a wine n spirit shop either seated, standing or in your car, u will be a state guest at mandatory quarantine n the liquor license for such business revoked.
Secondly u are found during curfew hours, the same penalty will apply
Thirdly, u attempt to pass a roadblock without requisite documents or not part of essential services provider, u will automatically be state guest in quarantine
Lastly, u will access any roadblock only when u have requisite health staff or letter from ministry of interior..n author must be county commissioner not lower than that.
Now hope are well briefed

Where I am domiciled at the moment,the police are rounding up those with no masks and taking them to slash grass in government institutions like schools,police station,county premises.
But,its only those without a minimum of 200/- that are getting the chance to do community service.
In the evening,the 'one day quarantined' are let to go home.
@Pamba 1 colleagues are calling that quarantine. The ignorance is way higher than Mount Kenya....

I actually do prefer this 1000% than hii upuss ya quarantine

Hao wana bahati, huku Nairobi wengi have to part with 2k or above ama upelekwe quarantine.
 
The slackness in enforcing some measures like closing all bars can directly be blamed on the governments half hearted enforcement of directives.
Why close bars or purport to close them then allow beer distributors to do their usual rounds restocking?
What are they restocking if nothing was sold?
Mutua was right on this one.
