A 54-year-old businesswoman was on Friday afternoon found dead inside her house with blood stained knife on the floor in Gilgil, Nakuru County.
According to the police OB reports xx/56/29/10/2021 filed at Gilgil police station at around 3pm, the deceased lifeless body was found lying inside her residential house in Gilgil town by police officers who visited the scene.
Police said the businesswoman's right breast was chopped off by her killers and taken to unknown destination.
According to a neighbour who spoke to the press on condition of anonymity, the deceased was last seen by her neighbours at around 7am on Friday morning in accompany of four men before she was found dead.
His neighbours said she never showed any sign of stress, adding that she was a God fearing lady. The residents said the tragic news of her death has left his friends and neighbours in big shock.
The residents are now calling upon the police to speed up their investigations to make sure that her killers are brought to book.
The officers said the cause of the deceased’s death remains unknown.
