Some of us knew that Ruto was useless but we didn’t imagine he is that deplorable.
He sucks at everything. Absolutely everything.
Over two years down the line and still no stable Cabinet Secretaries.
No surprises then that he has to be propped up at each and every turn.
The guy who was traversing the country saying “hapangwigwi” is being pangwad.
Raila and Uhuru are now bringing their agendas and Jambas is no longer in charge of Government’s programmes and policy.
