Ile swali nimekuwa nayo ni moja, vipi utatengeneza sovereignty fund ya kusaidia future generations while neglecting today's kids who will be the parents of those future generations? Which would make more sense between investing in these kids today or watching them fail so that you can help their future generations?
That is like failing to provide healthcare or pay school fees for a child so that you can save the money their future use.
