The effects of this outrageous idea, is more traffic...
Motorists will still pay if it's introduced but life is moving closer to the unbearable edge

Na zebra crossing levy na pedestrian walkway levy,traffic lights levy and any other levy they may see fit.

I guess that's why static roadblocks were done away with, just to make sure that public out cryis minimal.
If would have been outrageous for you to bride at the road block, then pay for toll, a few kilometers down the road.
