Miguna's legal portrfolio is that of an abject failure. He sued Canada and the Queen and lost. In Kenya, he has never represented anybody, excerpt when he represented JaKuon as a CJ-bandia and swore him in. His swearing-in document was an A4 clipped on a cheap Nyamakima board.
Court dismisses Miguna Miguna's case against the Standard Group
Lady Justice Aburili Roselyne Ekirapa ruled that Miguna, in choosing to represent himself, had “hopelessly” prosecuted his own case and failed to satisfy the court that he has a name worth defaming.
