They like to project their feelings onto you.
The person takes their feelings as the basis, but puts the responsibility for them on you. The person who dislikes you will tell you, "I don't think you like me." He makes you justify yourself to him.
They are frequently trying to manipulate you. Manipulators seek power. Nasty people like to feel superior to you, and often make you think you owe them something.
