just like the long nose.. hizi ni american useless inventions.. european manual trucks may have the same though maybe not 18 gears.. lakini you get just one lever.. with a switch for high and low and another switch for the splitter... unless very heavily laden you dont have to use all thouse gear ratios.. its actually economical to skip unneeded gears most of the time
