Memory lapses after drinks

I lie and make lots of promises to Kungurus when drunk and I have zero recollections. I want to improve on remembering or not lying.

The day before yesterday I was really soaked. Sasa ati jana I was supposed to fulfill promises which I didn't remember. Nikanyamaziwa hio jana, leo napokea matusi na issues kuuliza naambiwa vile nilipromise.
