  • It's the first time a human being is being launched into space from the US soil since 2011
  • It's the first human launch for SpaceX, a private company started by billionaire Elon Musk aka baba X Æ A-12
  • President Trump will observe the launch live from the Kennedy Space Center
  • If successful, the launch will catapult the roadmap to space travel for paying tourists.
 
and the launch has aborted at the last minute due to adverse weather conditions. bummer!

Another attempt set for Saturday 30 May, 2020 3:22pm US Eastern Time.

In the USA the space industry is developing rapidly - SpaceX, NASA, and many others while in other countries the industry has only begun to grow. Skyrora, a private space launch vehicle development company with a research center in Ukraine. Skyrora is working on creating launches vehicles such as Skyrora XL rocket for placing payloads into Sun-Synchronous Orbit.
